amazing staff and tasty food, wow
clean hotelgreat servicetasty food
the hotel was so clean. the service and the food really stood out. reception at the boat lounge and the restaurant staff were all excellent. they were always smiling and willing to assist. the cafe bem team went out of their way to help. the food had great variety. it was tasty!
the air conditioning was a bit too loud!

the room had air conditioning. it also had flowers on the bed. the cleaning team provided fresh water. the team also provided fresh toilet paper.

the check-in process was efficient. the team managed check-out for our large group quickly. a staff member helped us with all our requests! i noticed the pool boys carried towels. they carried sunbeds too.

the main pool is huge. it is as warm as a bath. the pool bar team were super friendly and smiley. the beach is sandy with clear warm water, i loved it!
